Discard it, is about getting rid of something you don't want anymore. Something you never want to see, touch or feel again. This might be any number of things, from feelings to weight. I'll start with weight, yes discard it, don't lose it. You did read that right, think about it. Honestly it does make sense once you wrap your head around it.
Discard it -: Discard it - is: "What do you think 'Discard it' means? Toss out, get rid of, trash it . Sure it means all of that and more depending on just what you want t..."
What do you want to discard? Is it weight? is it clutter from your home? Is it an old job? Tell me what you want to discard.
Discarding is complicated only when you attach emotion to the thing you want to discard. If you LOVE that vase, you won't discard it. If you love a book, you won't discard it.
Okay, you get the idea now. Then how do you go about discarding something? Unattach the emotion from the item. Look at the item, think about what it really is to you. What does it mean? How do you feel about the item?
Say it's a book. A book that's collected dust for eons on your book shelve. Is it signed by the author? What did you get out of the book? Will you read it again? If you answered no, Discard Pile.
Think about other clutter, why is it around? How much are you attached to this item? You're not? DISCARD PILE.

Are you suggesting that I like my clutter and that's why it won't go completely away?
